Ive struggled for years to develop the concentration necessary to meditate. This app has solved the problem. It has visual and audio cues to help you regulate your breathing, and can adjust it for several different breaths-per-minute rates, and of course for the desired session length.
One thing Id change:
The graphic design/art/fonts are terrible. Pseudo-Buddhist/Asian exotica. Nothing about the meditation method is particularly Asian or Buddhist. So a cleaner, more neutral, more western look would be more appropriate and less distracting.
